Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective homebuyers.
- Engage and qualify leads generated through digital campaigns, property portals and marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and purchase timelines.
- Present project details, pricing, amenities and location advantages effectively.
- Schedule, confirm and maximize qualified site visits.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to convert enquiries into site visits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead status updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer engagement and conversions.
- Achieve daily calling, lead qualification and monthly site visit targets.
