Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and financial record maintenance.
  • Knowledge of GST and TDS.
  • Accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally.
  • Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Maintain purchase, sales, receipts, and payment records.
  • Update and maintain financial data using MS Excel.
  • Handle bank reconciliation and vendor payment records.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and taxation-related work.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare basic reports.
