Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Record Transactions: Maintain the general ledger, track daily expenses, and handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Month-End Closing: Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
  • Tax Preparation: Compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure adherence to local financial laws.
  • Auditing & Reconciling: Reconcile bank statements and fix discrepancies in financial data.
  • Branch Accounts: Maintain accounts of branches and monitoring their entries.
  • Data Entry: Enter the vouchers of production, purchase and journals.


Key Skills and Qualifications


  • Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or well versed in any accounting softaware.
  • Experience: A minimum 2 years of experience in accounting field and education is not mandatory but experience is.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting tools like QuickBooks, Xero, Busy or Tally.
  • Technical Skills: Strong spreadsheet abilities (such as Excel pivot tables and formulas).
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and clear communication.
