Responsibilities :
Supervise and motivate collection team members to achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies for assigned portfolios.
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Tck and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Resolve complex collection cases and escalated issues.
