📋 Job OverviewDream Life Educational Services is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses and colleges.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, counselling students and parents, conducting regular follow-ups and converting interested leads into confirmed admissions.

🔑 Roles and Responsibilities📞 Contact students and parents through phone calls and WhatsApp.

🎓 Understand each student’s academic background, interests, budget and career goals.

🏫 Provide accurate information about courses, colleges, fees, scholarships, hostel facilities and admission procedures.

🧭 Guide students in selecting the right course and college.

📲 Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.

🔄 Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students and parents.

✅ Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.

💬 Handle parent objections and clarify admission-related doubts professionally.

📅 Schedule office counselling sessions, online meetings and campus visits.

🤝 Coordinate with college admission teams regarding applications, documentation, fees and seat availability.

📑 Collect and verify required student documents.

💻 Update every call, follow-up and lead status correctly in the CRM.

📊 Maintain daily, weekly and monthly follow-up and admission reports.

🎯 Achieve individual monthly counselling and admission targets.

🌟 Provide professional support to students until their admission is successfully completed.

👥 Participate in team meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.

👩‍💼 Candidate Requirements🎓 Any Bachelor’s degree.

🌱 Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

🗣️ Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

🤝 Strong counselling, convincing and relationship-building skills.

💻 Basic computer, Excel and CRM knowledge preferred.

💬 Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.

🎯 Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

⚡ Immediate joiners will be given preference.

👩 Female candidates are preferred.

💰 Salary and Incentives💼 FIXED – ₹12,000–₹21,000

(Based on performance in the interview)

🏆 INCENTIVE – ₹30,000+
