Back Office Coordinator

Job PurposeWe are looking for a Back Office Executive with good communication and customer relationship skills to handle customer follow-ups, quotation follow-ups, data entry, and day-to-day sales support activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Make regular customer follow-up calls for enquiries and requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending enquiries.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer data, enquiry details, and follow-up records.
• Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-up status.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: 30 to 40 years.
• Marital Status: Married candidates preferred.
• Previous experience in Automobile, Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Relationship, or similar industries is preferred.
• Good communication.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and data entry.
• Good follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple customer enquiries.
