Job Description

Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales) 

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month fixed, plus booking-linked incentives

Experience: 3–6 years in corporate sales, B2B sales

Education: Any graduate (MBA or sales background preferred)

Your Job

  • Find and meet corporate clients, such as companies, institutions, associations and employee groups
  • Build tie-ups to sell our plots to their employees and members
  • Present our projects, pricing, approvals and benefits to HR heads and decision makers
  • Organise corporate presentations and site visits
  • Negotiate within company limits and close bulk and group bookings
  • Collect token advance and confirm bookings
  • Work with the CRM team and site sales team on follow-ups
  • Update leads, meetings and visit status in the CRM

You Should Have

  • Experience in corporate or B2B selling, with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to meet senior people and handle negotiations
  • A closing mindset and comfort with targets
  • Basic CRM, WhatsApp, calling and Excel skills

How You Are Measured

  • Number of corporate tie-ups signed
  • Number of bookings closed
  • Token amount collected
  • Average booking value
  • Customer feedback
