Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.
  • Coordinate with customers from enquiry to booking and post-booking.
  • Prepare and share travel quotations, itineraries and package details.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators and other vendors.
  • Handle customer queries, changes, cancellations and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
  • Follow up for payments and ensure timely confirmation of bookings.
  • Collect customer feedback and ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Achieve assigned sales/revenue and customer conversion targets.
