Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions, building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective sales and service delivery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all touch points

2. Sales Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products/services to customers
• Identify new business opportunities through leads and referrals
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to existing customers
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective customers

3. Customer Service Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

4. Operational & Administrative Support

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Prepare reports on sales and customer service activities

5. Coordination & Teamwork

• Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, support)
• Escalate issues when necessary and ensure resolution
• Support team goals and contribute to overall business objectives

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in Tele sales/customer service (industry dependent)
