Job Description

ADMUG Studio is looking for enthusiastic and responsible female candidates for the role of Customer Support Executive at our Coimbatore office. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.


  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office Only – No Remote Work)
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  • Preferred Candidates: Female candidates


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and enquiries.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Explain our services to customers.
  • Follow up with customers when required.
  • Maintain customer records and coordinate with the internal team.


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Freshers can apply.
