Job Title: Driver / Follow-Up Incharge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver / Follow-Up Incharge to manage company transportation needs and coordinate day-to-day follow-ups related to garment production, dispatch, and vendor communication. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operational flow between departments, suppliers, and clients through timely delivery and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Logistics:

Safely drive company vehicles for official duties including pick-up and delivery of materials, samples, and documents.

Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the vehicle.

Maintain vehicle logbook and fuel records accurately.

Adhere to all traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.

Follow-Up & Coordination:

Regularly visit suppliers, job workers, printing units, and other production-related partners for order follow-up.

Ensure timely delivery and collection of materials such as trims, fabrics, samples, and finished goods.

Coordinate between the production team, merchandisers, and vendors to update order status.

Report any production delays or issues to the concerned department promptly.

Administrative Support:

Assist in day-to-day office errands and document delivery.

Support the admin or production team with field-related tasks as required.

Maintain communication records and ensure proper documentation for follow-ups.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

Valid two-wheeler driving license

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in driving and/or follow-up roles (preferably in a garments/textile company).

Good knowledge of local routes and industrial areas.

Basic understanding of garment production processes is a plus.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Salary Range:
