  • Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain customer records and appointments.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Service departments.
  • Assist with billing, documentation, and other office activities.
  • Provide good customer service and support daily showroom operations.
