Job Description

  1. Manage recruitment and bulk hiring for all branches.
  2. Plan manpower requirements and ensure timely employee joining.
  3. Handle offer letters, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  4. Monitor employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  5. Conduct employee training and development programs.
  6. Monitor employee performance, targets, and productivity.
  7. Handle employee grievances, discipline, and retention.
  8. Implement HR policies and maintain employee records.
  9. Coordinate with branch managers regarding manpower requirements.
  10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
