Position: In-House Sales Executive
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive sales-based incentives in addition to salary
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Weekly Off
Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-House Sales Executive to join our team in the Tiles, Sanitary Ware & Lighting business.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers.
- Recommend suitable tiles, sanitary ware, lighting products, and related products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders, billing, and deliveries.
- Keep product displays and showroom areas organized.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate repeat business.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and confident approach.
- Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware, lighting, or interior products is an advantage.
- Previous showroom sales experience is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong interest in sales and customer service are welcome to apply.

Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month, based on experience and skills
