What you look forward as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d):

• Build and maintain relationships with customer personnel across functions and levels. Also, ensure peer-to-peer alignment is maintained between ZF WP and customers across functions and levels.
• Pro actively identify business opportunities at customers, align with internal stakeholders to offer right, competitive product to win the business
• Take lead to negotiate and agree on commercial terms and complete Supply Agreement. Also, take lead to agree on annual agreements (prices and volumes)
• Study customers’ plans, competitive situation and ensure sales plan reflect the potential reality. (both for IP and S & OP plans)
• Support ZF WP and customer plants on invoicing/delivery related topics, support visits of customers (incl. quality, engineering) or visits to customers when needed.
• Co ordinate with multiple internal functions to ensure customer delight is maintained. Ensure compliance with statutory and ZF policies in collaboration with Legal, Compliance & Corporate teams.

Your Profile as Key Account Manager (m/f/d):

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with masters in management with 15+ years experience in engineering industry of similar nature – preferably in wind industry
• Good understanding of the market dynamics in wind industry. Good written and verbal communication skills. (Proficiency in multiple languages will be added advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Good leadership skills to manage complex relations with customer and also align ZF WP internal stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Good analytical skills to understand commercial and financial terms and use them to advantage of ZF WP.
