Position: Lead Operations

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Lead Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, follow-ups, team coordination, and handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Monitor incoming leads and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assign and coordinate leads with the appropriate sales or team members.
• Track lead status and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with team members to ensure leads are properly handled.
• Monitor conversions, pending leads, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare regular reports on leads and operational performance.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them to management when required.
• Ensure tasks are completed within the given timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Support the management team in improving operational processes.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in operations, lead management, sales coordination, or customer handling is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also be considered.

Salary

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
