Job Description

  • Order Picking: Read digital pick lists, mobile scanners, or voice-directed devices to navigate aisles and select the exact items and quantities required.
  • Quality Control: Check items for expiration dates, damages, or mislabels before processing.
  • Packing & Sealing: Choose the right carton or bag size, add protective padding, seal packages securely, and weigh/label them accurately.
  • Inventory & Staging: Sort finished packages into designated delivery lanes/pallets, assist with stock replenishment, and report inventory discrepancies.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Keep aisles clear, follow material-handling rules, and maintain a clean work zone.
