Job Description

  • Preparation of BOQ, rate analysis & cost estimation for civil projects.
  • Preparation of RA Bills(Running account bills) & final Bills.
  • Preparation & verification of subcontractor / vendor bills.
  • site measurement & reconciliation of materials .
  • Preparation of tender documents & assisting in bidding process.
  • Monitoring project cost, budgeting & reporting to management.
  • Strong knowledge of estimation, billing & costing in civil projects.
  • Hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel(Mandatory).
  • Material reconciliation reports (cement, steel, aggregates).
  • Knowledge of IS codes, CPWD / State PWD specifications.
  • Good communication & negotiation skills.
