Job Description
- Preparation of BOQ, rate analysis & cost estimation for civil projects.
- Preparation of RA Bills(Running account bills) & final Bills.
- Preparation & verification of subcontractor / vendor bills.
- site measurement & reconciliation of materials .
- Preparation of tender documents & assisting in bidding process.
- Monitoring project cost, budgeting & reporting to management.
- Strong knowledge of estimation, billing & costing in civil projects.
- Hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Excel(Mandatory).
- Material reconciliation reports (cement, steel, aggregates).
- Knowledge of IS codes, CPWD / State PWD specifications.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
