About the Role

We are looking for a enthusiastic, persuasive, and empathetic Sales & Client Relationship Executive to represent our brand and guide clients through planning their most cherished memories—their wedding celebrations and precious baby/toddler milestones.In this role, building strong customer rapport is at the heart of everything you do. You will handle incoming leads, understand client needs, showcase our photography portfolio, and close bookings with warmth and professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Handling & Conversion: Connect promptly with inquiries and prospective leads for Wedding and Toddlers/Baby Photography sessions.Client Consultation: Conduct phone calls, video consultations, and in-person studio meetings to present customized packages, portfolios, and pricing.Relationship Building: Build trust and long-lasting rapport with couples and young families to ensure a seamless, high-touch sales experience.Pipeline Management: Track inquiries, schedule follow-ups, maintain organized lead records, and ensure timely closure of sales.Brand Representation: Present a professional, polished image that reflects our premium brand standards at all times.

Requirements & QualificationsFor Freshers / Entry-Level Candidates:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client preferences and tailor solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High emotional intelligence and natural interpersonal skills to build instant rapport with clients.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and quick to learn sales techniques.For Experienced Candidates:Proven track record in sales, client servicing, or business development (prior experience in luxury services, event management, or creative industries is a plus).Refined communication and negotiation skills.Impeccable professional presentation and office attire that reflects authority and elegance.
