Sales Executive – Personal Loan

Job Summary:
Responsible for sourcing Personal Loan customers, achieving sales targets, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Achieve assigned personal loan sales targets.
• Guide customers through the loan application process.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely processing.
• Build relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan disbursement.
• Maintain compliance and deliver excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of sales experience (Banking/NBFC/Finance preferred).
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Target-driven and willing to travel locally.
