Job Description
Majestan Realty Services is looking for a highly experienced SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Executive to work as a freelance consultant for 1–2 days per week. The consultant will be responsible for improving search rankings, organic lead generation, website performance, and overall digital growth strategy.
Scope of Work
ADS and Campaigns
Technical SEO
- Complete SEO audit and implementation roadmap.
- Fix indexing, crawlability, sitemap, schema, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics.
Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profile.
- Improve rankings for Coimbatore real estate keywords.
- Build local citations and authority.
Content & Organic Growth
- Keyword research and content strategy.
- Landing page optimization.
- Blog topic planning and SEO guidance.
Lead Generation Advisory
- Improve organic enquiry generation.
- Recommend conversion optimization strategies.
- Guide digital marketing and branding initiatives.
