Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our Subway restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food as per Subway standards, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
2. Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
3. Prepare sandwiches, salads, beverages, and other food items according to Subway standards.
4. Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
5. Handle food ingredients and equipment safely.
6. Keep the restaurant, kitchen, counters, and dining areas clean and organized.
7. Follow proper food storage and handling procedures.
8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Eligibility

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; higher education is an advantage.
• Freshers can apply; prior QSR/F&B experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
