Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesCall existing customers for repeat business and follow-up
- Contact retailers, builders, contractors and potential customers
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
- Maintain customer database and daily call records
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse and accounts teams
- Build long-term customer relationships
- RequirementsAny Degree or Diploma
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Telecalling or customer service experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
