Job Description

  • ResponsibilitiesCall existing customers for repeat business and follow-up
  • Contact retailers, builders, contractors and potential customers
  • Follow up on quotations and enquiries
  • Schedule appointments for the field sales team
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally
  • Maintain customer database and daily call records
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse and accounts teams
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • RequirementsAny Degree or Diploma
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Telecalling or customer service experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
