Telecaller Outbound

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Calling Executive to handle outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for calling the database provided by the company and convincing potential candidates to walk in to our branch for an interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to the provided database on a daily basis
• Explain job opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates
• Convince and schedule candidates for walk-in interviews at the branch
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and interview confirmations
• Achieve daily and monthly call and walk-in targets
• Handle candidate queries and provide appropriate information
• Follow up with interested candidates to ensure interview attendance

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Graduate
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or recruitment calling preferred
• Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
• Ability to persuade and convince candidates
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM or call tracking is an advantage

Working Hours:

• 8 hours per day
• Monday to Saturday

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
