ABOUT THE ROLECommunicate with students and parents, understand their higher-education requirements, provide initial admission guidance and generate qualified leads for the Admission Closing Team.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMake 150+ outbound call attempts daily.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Understand marks, course, budget, location and college preferences.
- Explain courses, colleges, fees, scholarships, hostel facilities and admission procedures.
- Handle calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Identify serious prospects and transfer qualified leads to the closing team.
- Schedule counselling sessions, office appointments and campus visits.
- Update lead details and follow-ups correctly in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
LANGUAGE PRIORITYTamil | Hindi | Malayalam Speakers
Candidates who speak two or more languages will be given priority. Basic English communication is preferred.

- Basic computer, Excel and CRM knowledge.
