Job Description
Operate and monitor VMC machines as per production drawings and work instructions.
VMC-Operator & Setter , Programing knowledge..
Set tools, fixtures, work offsets, and machine parameters accurately.
Read and understand engineering drawings and basic GD&T requirements.
Perform in-process measurements using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
Ensure proper tool condition and replace tools when required.
Maintain required quality, dimensions, and production targets.
Identify machining defects and report quality or machine issues to the supervisor.
Maintain machine cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and complete daily production records
Select suitable cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters for different materials.
