🎯 Key Responsibilities📈 Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly life insurance sales targets.
• Generate leads through customer references, field activities, and business networks.
• Promote life insurance products to prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase sales.

🤝 Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer financial protection and insurance needs.
• Explain policy benefits, features, premiums, and terms clearly.
• Provide support throughout the application and policy issuance process.

🏦 Channel & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with assigned sales channels, business partners, or bank branches, as applicable.
• Develop relationships to generate quality business leads.
• Follow up on prospects and convert leads into policy sales.

📋 Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure accurate completion of proposal forms and KYC documentation.
• Follow company policies, IRDAI regulations, and sales compliance guidelines.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.

• 🎓 Qualification: Graduate preferred or as per company requirements.
