Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit industrial plants, companies, and project sites to generate enquiries.
• Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and support order conversion.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal team for smooth execution of orders.
• Maintain customer records, enquiry status, and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Collect market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Email.
• Ability to communicate confidently with industrial customers.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of industrial safety products will be an advantage.
