📝 JOB OVERVIEW / नौकरी का विवरणThe Production Planning Engineer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely completion of production orders and customer deliveries while utilizing manpower, machines, materials, and production capacity efficiently. / प्रोडक्शन प्लानिंग इंजीनियर की जिम्मेदारी उत्पादन गतिविधियों की योजना बनाना, शेड्यूल तैयार करना और उनकी निगरानी करना होगा, ताकि उत्पादन ऑर्डर और ग्राहक डिलीवरी समय पर पूरी हों तथा कर्मचारियों, मशीनों, सामग्री और उत्पादन क्षमता का कुशल उपयोग हो।

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँProduction Planning & Scheduling / उत्पादन योजना और शेड्यूलिंग

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to customer requirements and delivery schedules. / ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं और डिलीवरी शेड्यूल के अनुसार दैनिक, साप्ताहिक और मासिक उत्पादन योजनाएँ तैयार करना।
• Schedule production based on machine capacity, manpower, material availability, and processes. / मशीन क्षमता, कर्मचारियों, सामग्री की उपलब्धता और प्रक्रियाओं के अनुसार उत्पादन शेड्यूल तैयार करना।
• Monitor production progress and revise plans when required. / उत्पादन की प्रगति पर नज़र रखना और आवश्यकता के अनुसार योजनाओं में बदलाव करना।

Material & Capacity Planning / सामग्री और क्षमता की योजना

• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for raw material availability. / कच्चे माल की उपलब्धता के लिए परचेज और स्टोर्स विभाग के साथ समन्वय करना।
• Identify material shortages and production capacity constraints. / सामग्री की कमी और उत्पादन क्षमता से जुड़ी बाधाओं की पहचान करना।
• Plan machine loading and production priorities. / मशीन लोडिंग और उत्पादन प्राथमिकताओं की योजना बनाना।

Production Monitoring & Reporting / उत्पादन निगरानी और रिपोर्टिंग

• Track actual production against planned targets. / वास्तविक उत्पादन की तुलना निर्धारित लक्ष्यों से करना।
• Prepare daily production reports and MIS reports. / दैनिक उत्पादन रिपोर्ट और MIS रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
• Analyze production delays and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments. / उत्पादन में देरी के कारणों का विश्लेषण करना और संबंधित विभागों के साथ सुधारात्मक कदम उठाना।

Departmental Coordination / विभागीय समन्वय

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Design, and Sales/Dispatch teams. / प्रोडक्शन, परचेज, स्टोर्स, क्वालिटी, मेंटेनेंस, डिजाइन और सेल्स/डिस्पैच टीमों के साथ समन्वय करना।
• Ensure coordination between production planning and shop-floor activities. / प्रोडक्शन प्लानिंग और शॉप-फ्लोर गतिविधियों के बीच उचित समन्वय सुनिश्चित करना।

ERP / MIS Activities / ERP और MIS संबंधी कार्य

• Update production plans, work orders, and production status in ERP/MRP systems. / ERP/MRP सिस्टम में उत्पादन योजनाएँ, वर्क ऑर्डर और उत्पादन की स्थिति अपडेट करना।
• Maintain production planning records and delivery status reports. / प्रोडक्शन प्लानिंग रिकॉर्ड और डिलीवरी स्टेटस रिपोर्ट बनाए रखना।
