  1. Customer Support: Handle customer queries related to digital wallets, payments, and transactions through calls, chat, and emails.
  2. Device Collection: Coordinate with customers for device collection, follow-ups, and related customer support activities.
  3. Travel Sales: Assist customers with domestic and international travel bookings, holiday packages, travel enquiries, and sales.
  4. Travel Process: Handle travel booking enquiries, assist customers with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and other travel-related services.
  5. Insurance Process: Assist customers with insurance-related queries, policy information, and general process support.6. TradeIndia – Sales Process: Generate leads, connect with potential clients, promote business services, coordinate with customers, and support business development activities.
