We are looking for an ambitious, driven Social Media & Community Growth Executive / Intern who understands that social media isn't just about posting pretty pictures - it’s about turning Content → Conversations → Community → Conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media ManagementManage and execute the day-to-day content calendar across Instagram and key social channels.

• Create and coordinate carousel outlines, reels, stories, hooks, and promotional creatives.
• Brainstorm content pillars centered on leadership, career elevation, mindset, high performance, and professional lifestyle.
• Maintain a polished, aspirational, and authentic brand aesthetic.
• Track analytics to identify top-performing content formats and topics.

2. Community Engagement & ConversionsActively engage with followers, comments, DMs, and community inquiries.

• Build authentic, 1-on-1 conversations with potential members rather than sending generic copy-pasted pitches.
• Support community outreach and engagement across Instagram, WhatsApp, and events.
• Follow up consistently with interested professionals and guide them toward relevant workshops, masterclasses, and initiatives.

3. Events & Masterclass SupportPromote upcoming webinars, live cohorts, and community sessions.

• Run pre-event buzz campaigns, registration reminders, and post-event engagement follow-ups.
• Help convert webinar attendees into engaged, long-term community members.

4. Copywriting & Creative OutreachWrite compelling, high-retention hooks, captions, and strong Calls-to-Action (CTAs).

• Conduct targeted outreach to ambitious women, executives, and founders.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Community Management (prior internship experience or proven personal brand/portfolio welcome).
• Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a natural ability to write clear, persuasive, conversational copy.
• Aesthetic & Taste: Strong eye for clean, premium visual design and branding.
• Mindset: Proactive, organized, self-starter who takes end-to-end ownership.
• Tools: Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram analytics.
• Equipment: Must have your own laptop in good working condition.
• Internship Duration & Career Growth PathInitial Period: 4-Month Intensive Internship.
