Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining credit card products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and charges to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card products.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful applications.
• Assist customers throughout the application and verification process.
• Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer information and documents.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and resolution of customer queries.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Qualification12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, or credit card sales will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives₹12,000 – ₹15000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Salary may vary depending on experience and company policy.
