Job Description
Manage and monitor service centre operations in the assigned area.
Coordinate with ASC/service partners and internal teams.
Handle customer escalations and service-related issues.
Monitor repair TAT, productivity and service quality.
Track spare parts, handset/unit movement and pending cases.
Ensure timely closure of service complaints.
Regular follow-up with service centres and management.
Preferred Candidate:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of after-sales/service operations.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Experience in Mobile
