Job Description

Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and potential clients.

Explain products, services, offers, and company information clearly.

Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.

Convince and assist customers to achieve sales and business targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert potential leads into customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams when required.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain professional communication and follow company calling procedures.
