WE ARE HIRING – BPO TRAINER

📌 Position: BPO Trainer

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

💼 Experience: 1–2 Years as a BPO Trainer

🎓 Qualification: Graduation

📍 Location: Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process & refresher training

• Improve communication & customer handling skills

• Conduct mock calls, role plays & assessments

• Identify training gaps and provide coaching

• Coordinate with Operations & Quality teams

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

• Strong BPO Process Knowledge

• Good Training & Coaching Skills
