Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into customers. The role will involve client pitching, sales follow-ups, negotiation, deal closure, CRM management, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Lead Conversion

• Connect with potential leads through calls, meetings, emails, and other business channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable company products/services.
• Deliver effective product/service pitches and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to move opportunities toward closure.

2. CRM Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Track the status of opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline.

3. Deal Closure & Revenue Achievement

• Negotiate commercial terms with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
• Drive opportunities toward successful contract closure.
• Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
