- Customer Acquisition: Sourcing new accounts (CASA) through field marketing, cold calling, and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly targets for opening new accounts and selling products like Insurance, Loans, and Mutual Funds.
- Relationship Management: Servicing existing clients and cross-selling bank products.
- Working Conditions: Requires significant outdoor, local travel to meet customers.

Eligibility & Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: Freshers (often through Axis Sales Academy) or 1–5 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and lead generation abilities.
- Requirements: Valid driving license and two-wheeler
