We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Call Center BPO Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers and interested leads.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM system.
- Basic English and Hindi communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Education: 12th / Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Working Conditions
- Full-time office-based position.
- Shift timings 9.30am to 6.30pm
- Candidates should be comfortable working with daily calling.
