Job OverviewRawat Constructions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and guide our telecalling and sales team. The candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in a similar Real Estate Sales/Telecalling Team Leader profile and should be capable of handling the complete sales process, team performance, leads, targets, and client property visits.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of Telecallers and Sales Executives.
• Guide telecallers on effective calling, lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
• Monitor daily calling activities, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Ensure proper distribution and management of leads among the team.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for Sales Executives and monitor their performance.
• Motivate and train team members to achieve their sales targets.
• Handle escalated or important client queries professionally.
• Coordinate with clients and the sales team to schedule and ensure property/site visits.
• Track client visits and follow up for bookings and conversions.
• Maintain daily and weekly performance reports of the team.
• Identify gaps in team performance and provide proper guidance and training.
• Take complete responsibility for achieving team sales targets and improving conversion rates.
• Handle the overall coordination between Telecallers, Sales Executives, and Clients.
• Candidate Requirements3–4 years of experience in a similar Team Leader / Sales Team Leader / Telecalling Team Leader role.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of lead management, follow-ups, sales conversion, and client handling.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
