Civil Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, project coordination, estimation, quality control, and contractor management.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, supervisors, architects, and internal teams.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Take site measurements and maintain proper measurement records.
• Prepare and verify quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
• Monitor material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety standards at the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Assist in project planning, costing, and execution.
• Communicate project updates to management and provide regular progress reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Good understanding of RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of estimation, BOQ, quantity calculation, and material planning.
• Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic project documentation.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
• Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, landscaping, terrace, renovation, or interior/civil execution projects will be preferred.
• Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership is essential.
