Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to Windows VPS and Tally on Cloud customers.

- Perform Windows desktop troubleshooting and software installation.

- Manage Windows Server user accounts, permissions and remote access.

- Troubleshoot Remote Desktop (RDP) login and connectivity issues.

- Assist customers with Tally Prime installation and basic troubleshooting.

- Resolve printer configuration and remote printing issues.

- Monitor server resources such as CPU, RAM and disk space.

- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (IP, DNS, LAN and Internet connectivity).

- Assist with antivirus installation and basic backup operations.

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp and support tickets.

- Maintain technical records and support documentation.
