Job Description

### Food & Beverage Assistant – Key Responsibilities

* Assist in daily restaurant and bar operations.

* Ensure proper guest handling and deliver excellent customer service.

* Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth dining operations.

* Assist in maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction.

* Monitor table setup, cleanliness and overall restaurant presentation.

* Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food and beverage service.

* Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally.

* Monitor daily inventory of food, beverages and service supplies.

* Assist in staff scheduling, attendance and duty allocation.

* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational standards.

* Support billing, POS operations and daily sales reporting.

* Assist the F&B Manager in staff training and performance monitoring.

* Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, bar and service teams.
