About Happet

Happet Sp. z o.o. is a Poland-based manufacturer and distributor of pet, aquarium and pond products, with 3,000+ own-brand products sold across European marketplaces.

We are looking for a Product Content Creator who can create clear, engaging and conversion-focused content for our products across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand a product, identify its key selling points and communicate them in a way that is easy for customers to understand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize Amazon product titles, bullet points and descriptions.
• Research products and understand their features, benefits, use cases and target customers.
• Convert technical product information into simple, customer-friendly content.
• Identify the key USPs and selling points of each product.
• Research competitors and understand how similar products are positioned in the market.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into product content.
• Create content for Amazon listings, A+ Content, Brand Stores and other marketplaces.
• Review existing product listings and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure product information is accurate, consistent and aligned with the actual product.
• Work closely with the graphic design and marketplace teams to ensure that written and visual content communicate the same message.
• Support product launches by preparing complete marketplace content.
• Adapt content for different European marketplaces where required.
• Maintain consistency in tone, terminology and brand communication across products.
• Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, drafting and productivity while reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy.

What We're Looking For

• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, Amazon content, product content or copywriting is preferred.
• Ability to write clear and concise product-focused content.
• Strong research and information-gathering skills.
• Good understanding of customer psychology and e-commerce buying behaviour.
• Ability to identify product USPs and turn features into customer benefits.
• Basic understanding of Amazon SEO and keyword usage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple products and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

AI & Technology

We actively encourage the use of AI tools to improve productivity and content quality.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or other AI tools is an advantage.

However, we are looking for someone who can think and edit independently, rather than simply copy AI-generated content.

The candidate should be able to verify product information, remove inaccurate claims and ensure that the final content sounds natural and commercially useful.

Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunity

This position can be offered on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis, depending on the candidate's experience, availability and workload.

For part-time candidates, responsibilities and product volume will be adjusted according to the agreed working hours.
