Accountant

Pharma Distributors is a 30-year-old pharmaceutical distribution firm in Janakpuri, West Delhi, operating and serving chemists across Delhi NCR. We work with 200+ pharma companies and divisions. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented accountant to manage our day-to-day accounts in Marg ERP.

What you'll do

• Reconcile bank statements with Marg entries every day and flag mismatches
• Record and verify incoming payments from chemists (NEFT, UPI, cheques, cash) against outstanding bills
• Keep party ledgers updated in Marg: receipts, payments, credit notes, debit notes, and expiry or breakage adjustments
• Follow up on outstanding balances and share ageing reports with the owner
• Support GST work: purchase and sales register checks, GSTR-2B matching, and coordination with our CA
• Keep vouchers, bank records, and payment proofs organised

What we're looking for

• B.Com or equivalent
• [2–4] years of accounting experience, preferably in pharma or FMCG distribution
• Hands-on experience with Marg ERP (strongly preferred; Tally experience also considered)
• Good working knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledgers, and GST basics
• Comfortable with Excel and net banking
• Honest, organised, and able to work independently
