Job Description
Process Payments: Handle cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Scan items and issue correct change and receipts
Manage Cash Registers: Count drawer funds at the start and end of shifts to balance registers and prevent discrepancies
Customer Service: Greet shoppers, answer inquiries, provide product details, and resolve complaints.
Handle Returns: Process merchandise exchanges, refunds, or store credits
Maintain Workspace: Keep the checkout counter clean, organized, and stocked with bags or supplies
