Retention Specialist

Employment: Full-time | Location: Sector 31, Faridabad

HOBFIT is looking for a Retention Specialist with strong communication, persuasion, customer handling, and problem-solving skills. The role combines customer support, retention, and sales, with a focus on resolving concerns, re-engaging customers, and driving renewals and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing customers to understand needs, concerns, and feedback.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, objections, and disengagement professionally.
• Resolve customer issues or coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
• Build strong customer relationships and improve retention and engagement.
• Conduct follow-ups for renewals, reactivation, unresolved issues, and conversions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer re-engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve retention, sales, conversion, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.

Requirements:

• 6+ months experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Customer Retention, Customer Success, or CRM.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, customer handling, objection handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calls, follow-ups, and target-driven environments.
• Customer-first approach with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
