Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Teach theory and practical classes covering electrical circuits, power systems, machines, and safety practices.
- Lab Management: Conduct hands-on laboratory sessions, oversee experiments, and maintain safe workshop or lab environments.
- Curriculum Development: Prepare lecture notes, course syllabi, assignments, and exams aligned with industry standards or codes (such as the NEC).
- Student Mentorship: Advise students on academic performance, career decisions, and capstone or research projects.
- Administration: Track attendance, record grades, and participate in departmental or institutional committees.
