Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

• Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interaction.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to build strong business relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, samples, orders, and payments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales activity.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers when required.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in B2B/Field Sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with regular field visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
• Candidates from industrial, manufacturing, adhesive, tapes, packaging, or related industries will be preferred.
