Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recovery / Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling delinquent accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits (if required).
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues as per company policies.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer payment issues.
• Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account reconciliation.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines during recovery activities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Recovery and Collections.

Experience in Payday Loans, NBFC, Personal Loans, will be preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle customers professionally and effectively.
