Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and strategic leader to join our senior management team as General Manager (GM) – Sales & Marketing.
If you have a proven track record of scaling automotive retail operations, leading massive sales teams, and driving hyper-local market growth, we want to hear from you!
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Own and execute monthly/annual volume targets for motorcycles, premium bikes, and EVs (VIDA ecosystem).
- P&L Management: Drive dealership profitability, manage optimum inventory mixes, and maximize allied revenue streams (Finance, Insurance, Accessories).
- Marketing & BTL: Design and lead local outreach campaigns, rural roadshows, and digital lead-generation programs.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team of 150+ professionals across main showrooms and sub-dealer touchpoints.
💼 Desired Profile:
- Experience: 12–15+ years in automotive dealership management.
- Education: Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Skills: Expert knowledge of regional territory dynamics, vehicle retail finance, and automotive CRMs.
